Dalton to Pursue 2022 Spears Manufacturing Modified Series Championship
Bakersfield, CA – Chris Dalton and Dave Arce Racing Engines, a longtime supporter of the Spears Manufacturing Modified Series presented by Lucas Oil, are excited to announce they will be running the full Spears Modified Series season in 2022! Chris Dalton, a three-time track champion at Kern County Raceway, took the 2021 season off from racing for family and career reasons. However, he’s looking forward to his return in 2022. Dalton is excited to announce a new marketing partnership with the best urgent care in the state of California, Accelerated Urgent Care. Accelerated Urgent Care, with 12 locations spread throughout California and more to come, is quickly becoming the prominent urgent care in the state of California. Accelerated Urgent Care has recently introduced Telemedicine, where you can see and speak with a doctor from home or on the go 8:00am – 9:00pm, 7 days a week using your phone, tablet or computer. Dalton is looking forward to working with founders Dr. Dan Erickson and Dr. Artin Massihi in 2022. Their passion is second to none and the team they have assembled lives to care for patients. Accelerated Urgent Care was voted the best urgent care for 5 straight years.
Dalton is excited to be back in the Spears Modified Series in 2022. “I built a great relationship with Dave Arce and crew chief Jimmy Dickerson running a few races with them in 2020. I can’t wait to see what I can do running the car full-time this year. Dave was gracious enough to allow me to run #13 on the car this year and I’ve been in contact with the team all winter putting this program together. Dave and Jimmy have been burning the midnight oil rebuilding the car this winter in preparation for the first race at Havasu 95 Speedway! I’ve never seen the racetrack at Havasu and look forward to turning my first laps at the tricky short track.” stated Dalton.
Dalton is proud to have Hungry Hunter Steakhouse back on board in 2022. Hungry Hunter Steakhouse is a locally owned and operated steakhouse (Bakersfield, CA), serving the best prime rib, steak, and seafood in town! David Arce and Fytron Software, the premier computer software for engine and machine shops, will both be supporting Dalton’s run for the 2022 Spears Modified Series championship.
