Longman will make his return…
Lehi, UT driver Jeff Longman will make his return to the Spears Modified Series this weekend for the “K&N Filters 60 presented by Traffic Management, Inc.” at Irwindale Speedway. Longman missed his first race since the first race of 2019, but will be back in his Major League Auto Repair, S&G SignsModified. Longman finished sixth in the championship standings in 2019, and opened 2020 with a ninth at Irwindale and an eighth at Kern County Raceway.
Longman will be shooting for the $2,500 winner’s share of the purse, which would mean his first top-five in 15 career starts.
