William Guevara sits lucky number seven in the final Spears Modified Series Championship

William Guevara sits lucky number seven in the final Spears Modified Series Championship standings in 2021. Guevara completed the season with three top-five and seven top-10 efforts in nine championship events. Guevara has been competing in the series since 2014 and has 63 career starts.
Guevara began competition full-time in the series in 2015, finishing 24th overall. He improved to 20th in 2016 and 13th in both 2017 and 2018. He had his best season in 2019, finishing as the championship runner-up. 2020 found the Lake Havasu City, AZ driver fourth before slipping to seventh this season. His career includes 10 top-five and 22 top-10 finishes.
Outside of the SPEARS Modified Series he started racing in a Factory Stock/Bomber at Havasu 95 Speedway. He has been racing since the age of 12, never having raced in small cars. He currently races at Havasu 95 Speedway, his local track, in a 602 Modified and in the Street Stock Division. Will has raced in a variety of divisions throughout the years. Some of those divisions include the ASA Speed Trucks, Vintage Midgets, Modifieds, Street Stocks, and Factory Stocks. He has also tried a little Dirt Track Racing, but on a very limited basis.
